What does your spiritual outlook have in store?
If your spiritual life is NON-EXISTENT:
You may be experiencing some heavy clouds. The Bible says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23). Jesus came to remove the clouds, and reconnect us to God. We were all in a predicament: "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). Yet rather than see us be separated from heaven, God mercifully made a way: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).
Believe in Jesus, start growing spiritually, and discover the joy and power of living in the SON light of God!
If you are spiritually HANGING ON FOR DEAR LIFE:
There may be some scattered showers, but sometimes it can seem so dry. God never meant it to be that way. Jesus said, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly" (John 10:10). Start digging into the WORD to discover all that God has for you, including the enjoyment of His love that only grows better with discovery. Learn how to stand on His promises, that you might overcome all the power of the enemy, and walk in victory through the trials that come. Join us at church, and be supported and encouraged by a loving church family.
In Christ, you can be MORE THAN A CONQUEROR:
"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39). As you grow to understand this, through faith and obedience to God's Word, you become unstoppable. The darkness flees. There will continue to be battles ahead, but you are promised victory. Trusting in Jesus keeps the SON shining in your heart, and though difficulties arise, glory is found throughout the journey.
